1 frozen banana ½ cup frozen mango ½ cup frozen zucchini 1 ¼ teaspoon Pines wheatgrass powder 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder ¼ cup water or almond milk Blend until smooth and top with the toppings of your choice. Use 1 cup of liquid for smoothie thickness.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe

Ingredients: 1 ½ cup oat flour ⅓ cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon greens powder blend ¼ teaspoon salt 1 cup shredded zucchini ¾ cup almond milk ¾ cup maple syrup Chocolate chips Directions: Mix all of the dry ingredients. Then mix in all of the wet ingredients. Add to an oiled pan, sprinkle on top chocolate chips and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-45 minutes or until lightly browned on top and a toothpick can be removed mostly clean. Let cool, then slice and enjoy! Makes 1 loaf!

Pines Wheat Grass 1 frozen banana ½ cup non-dairy or dairy yogurt of your choice 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries1 cup frozen raspberries1 cup sliced strawberries! 🍓🍓Directions:Combine all in a blender. Empty into a bowl and decorate with your extra berries. For a thicker consistency bowl, add more frozen fruit.

Pines Wheatgrass Powder 1  cup strawberries 1/2 cup non-dairy or regular yogurt 1 frozen banana 1 t. raspberry jam Toppings: Grapefruit slices, Bananas, Pomegranate, Coconut Directions:Puree the Pines WheatGrass powder with the strawberries, yogurt and frozen banana. Add 1 tsp. raspberry jam for extra sweetness. Decorate bowl with grapefruit slices, bananas, pomegranate and coconut and treat yourself!
