Beet Hummus

  Ingredients 2 cups of chickpeas (1 15oz can) with liquid. Bunch of fresh dill and cilantro 4 tbsp Pines Beet Juice Powder 2 tbsp tahini 3 tbsp olive oil 1 lemon juice 1 garlic clove 1 tsp cumin Pinch of salt and pepper to taste Pistachio Directions: Blend everything together until very smooth. Add more liquid if prefer.  Garnish with olive oil, dill and pistachio.

INGREDIENTS: 12 tomatillos 1 ½ jalapeños, cut in half and stemmed, seeded and ribs removed (keep ribs and seeds if you want it hotter) 2 garlic cloves ½ small white onion quartered  cilantro salt and pepper to taste 2 teaspoons of Pines Wheatgrass (any variety)  DIRECTIONS:Line an oven pan or toaster oven pan with foil.
