- 1 ½ cup oat flour
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon greens powder blend
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- ¾ cup almond milk
- ¾ cup maple syrup
- Chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix all of the dry ingredients. Then mix in all of the wet ingredients. Add to an oiled pan, sprinkle on top chocolate chips and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-45 minutes or until lightly browned on top and a toothpick can be removed mostly clean. Let cool, then slice and enjoy!
Makes 1 loaf!
