Peanut Butter Candy Bar Smoothie with Pines Wheat Grass

This protein-packed smoothie is not only fulfills many daily nutritional requirements, it also satisfies your sweet cravings. Feel free to indulge!


  • tsp. of Pines Wheat Grass
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 1/2 cup of nonfat or low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 handful of ice cubes

Toppings: cocoa nibs, slivered almonds or mini chocolate or carob chips

In a blender, combine wheatgrass, peanut butter, cocoa and yogurt. Add in the apple and ice cubes. And finally, top with cocoa nibs and slivered almonds. Drink up!
