INGREDIENTS:  1 ½ cup fresh basil 1 tablespoon Pines WheatGrass powder ½ cup cashew ½ a lemon juice ¼ cup nutritional yeast ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (add more or less to desired thickness) Salt and pepper to taste DIRECTIONS: Blend together basil through almond milk till desired consistency. Add salt & pepper to taste. Great on any entree, especially roasted veggies such as roasted cauliflower.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe

Ingredients: 1 ½ cup oat flour ⅓ cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon greens powder blend ¼ teaspoon salt 1 cup shredded zucchini ¾ cup almond milk ¾ cup maple syrup Chocolate chips Directions: Mix all of the dry ingredients. Then mix in all of the wet ingredients. Add to an oiled pan, sprinkle on top chocolate chips and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-45 minutes or until lightly browned on top and a toothpick can be removed mostly clean. Let cool, then slice and enjoy! Makes 1 loaf!

Ingredients: 1/2 large cucumber 1 medium avocado 1 tbsp organic Pines wheat grass powder 1 small bunch of cilantro 2 cups chicken/vegetable stock 2 tbsp avocado/olive oil 1/2 tbsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp cumin (optional) 1/4 tsp lemon juice pinch of salt to taste Directions: Blend all ingredients together until smooth.   Ingredients: 1 cup pitted and soaked dates 1⁄2 cup oats 2 teaspoons wheatgrass powder 1 tablespoon cacao powder 2 tablespoons peanut butter Directions:1) Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until an even dough is formed. 2) Roll into individual balls and roll in cacao powder. 3) Chill in the fridge and enjoy!
