Shamrock Shake

INGREDIENTS: 1 frozen banana 2 Medjool dates ½ a frozen zucchini 1 tablespoon WheatGrass powder (any Pines green superfoods powder is fine) A splash mint extract (it’s very strong so a little goes a long way!! or a handful fresh mint) A splash vanilla extract ½ cup cashew milk (add more or less depending on desired consistency) Cacao nibs Vegan chocolate sauce Brownie bites   DIRECTIONS: Blend everything together until nice and creamy, then mix through some cacao nibs to make a mint chip nice cream, serve with vegan chocolate sauce and brownie bites and enjoy!
