Shamrock Shake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • ½ a frozen zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon WheatGrass powder (any Pines green superfoods powder is fine)
  • A splash mint extract (it’s very strong so a little goes a long way!! or a handful fresh mint)
  • A splash vanilla extract
  • ½ cup cashew milk (add more or less depending on desired consistency)
  • Cacao nibs
  • Vegan chocolate sauce
  • Brownie bites

 

DIRECTIONS:

Blend everything together until nice and creamy, then mix through some cacao nibs to make a mint chip nice cream, serve with vegan chocolate sauce and brownie bites and enjoy!
