INGREDIENTS:
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 Medjool dates
- ½ a frozen zucchini
- 1 tablespoon WheatGrass powder (any Pines green superfoods powder is fine)
- A splash mint extract (it’s very strong so a little goes a long way!! or a handful fresh mint)
- A splash vanilla extract
- ½ cup cashew milk (add more or less depending on desired consistency)
- Cacao nibs
- Vegan chocolate sauce
- Brownie bites
DIRECTIONS:
Blend everything together until nice and creamy, then mix through some cacao nibs to make a mint chip nice cream, serve with vegan chocolate sauce and brownie bites and enjoy!
