Wheatgrass Zoats from Sydney

For St. Patricks Day, Sydney made Wheatgrass Zoats containing a full serving of Pines Wheat Grass. Starting your day with greens is always a good way to help you achieve the 3 to 5 recommended servings of veggies each day.  Therefore, a teaspoon of Pines mixed into your breakfast recipe is equal nutritionally to a large spinach or kale salad. Here is Sydney's recipe for Wheatgrass Zoats!

  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 1/3 zucchini, grated
  • 2 Tbs coconut flour
  • 1 tsp @wheatgrass_people Pines Wheat Grass
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 droppers of @sweetleafstevia vanilla creme stevia
  • Pinch of salt

Combine in a small sauce pan and stir constantly over medium low heat until it turns into oatmeal consistency.
