- ½ cup tahini
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoons wheatgrass or barley powder
- ¼ lemon juice
- ¼ cup warm water (add 1 more tablespoon at a time until desired consistency)
Toss all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend till smooth, adding extra water to reach desired consistency.
