Pesto


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup packed fresh basil
  • 1 15 oz can of white beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¾ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon wheatgrass powder
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Blend all until smooth. Then, heat with cooked pasta, or use as a dip!
