Energy Bites

refresh wheatgrass

  Ingredients:
  • 1 cup pitted and soaked dates
  • 1⁄2 cup oats
  • 2 teaspoons wheatgrass powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Directions:
1) Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until an even dough is formed.
2) Roll into individual balls and roll in cacao powder.
3) Chill in the fridge and enjoy!
