Ingredients
- 2 cups of chickpeas (1 15oz can) with liquid.
- Bunch of fresh dill and cilantro
- 4 tbsp Pines Beet Juice Powder
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp cumin
- Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
- Pistachio
Directions:
- Blend everything together until very smooth. Add more liquid if prefer.
- Garnish with olive oil, dill and pistachio.
