Beet Hummus

Beet Hummus

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chickpeas (1 15oz can) with liquid.
  • Bunch of fresh dill and cilantro
  • 4 tbsp Pines Beet Juice Powder
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
  • Pistachio

Directions:

  1. Blend everything together until very smooth. Add more liquid if prefer. 
  2. Garnish with olive oil, dill and pistachio.
