Angel’s Low-Carb Protein Bars


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup milled flaxseed
  • ¼ cup milled chia seeds
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 2 ½ tsp. Pines Wheat Grass Powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup honey or sweetener or your choice
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup Lily’s chocolate chips

Melt coconut oil and peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well. Make sure the mixture is cool enough not to melt chocolate chips before adding them. Mix well. Put in a 13×9 inch dish lined with parchment paper. Press down. Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Cut into 36 squares. Keep in freezer!
