Terms and Rules for our sweepstakes:   

1. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where raffles are legal. Employees of the organization hosting the sweepstakes and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.   
2. How to Enter: To enter the sweepstakes, individuals must submit a completed survey with a valid email address by January 31, 2023 via the designated website. Incomplete surveys or entries without a valid email address will not be eligible.
3. Drawing and Notification: The winner of the sweepstakes will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email within a reasonable period of time after the drawing, no later than Feb 5, 2023. If the winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.   
4. Prizes: The prize for the raffle will be a gift basket containing PINES products and merchandise with a combined retail value of over $100. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.   
5. Release and Indemnification: By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold Pines International and its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.   
6. Rules: Pines International reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel the sweepstakes at any time. Any modifications or cancellations will be announced on this page of our website.   
7. Disputes: All disputes arising out of or connected with the sweepstakes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas.

By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and rules.
