- 1/2 large cucumber
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 tbsp organic Pines wheat grass powder
- 1 small bunch of cilantro
- 2 cups chicken/vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp avocado/olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin (optional)
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt to taste
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- To garnish, add sliced cucumber, sesame, and avocado/olive oil.
