Red Velvet Cake Smoothie

From go! go! gail!

  • 1 cup Silk coconut milk (or whatever milk or milk substitute you like)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons Pines beet juice powder
  • 1 packet plain instant oatmeal
  • Ice (if there's still room in the blender cup)

Blend and enjoy!
