Fabulous Green Smoothie recipe for More Daily Greens
Here's a fabulous green smoothie recipe from Christine:
- 1 ½ cups frozen pineapple
- One frozen banana
- 1 cup chopped baby kale
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 2 tsp Pines Wheat Grass
- Juice from half a lime
- ½-2/3 cup liquid (milk, almond milk, water, etc)
- Blend everything together and pour into two cups. Enjoy!

Pines Wheat Grass: The First Green Superfood in 1976
Pines brought wheatgrass to the natural food market in 1976. We follow quality standards established by Dr. Charles Schnabel in 1937. Schnabel devoted his life to the scientific study of wheatgrass.
