- 1 cup cashews (soaked in water overnight to soften)
- 1 cup cilantro
- 2 teaspoons Pines Barley Powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- ½ cup water to blend (add more if needed to thin it out)
Blend it all together until smooth and creamy!
