This overnight oats is vegan and hearty and delicious way to start your day!
INGREDIENTS:
Oats
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp peanut/sunflower seeds butter
1/2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tsp Pines WheatGrass or any brand of Pines Greens
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
Sliced banana, kiwi, or other fruits
Peanut/sunflower seeds butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- To a small bowl, add all the ingredients and stir with a spoon to combine.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight. OPTIONAL: You can also heat your oats in the microwave for 45-60 seconds the next morning before serving.
- Add your favorite toppings.
