From go! go! gail!
- 1 cup Silk coconut milk (or whatever milk or milk substitute you like)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 teaspoons Pines beet juice powder
- 1 packet plain instant oatmeal
- Ice (if there's still room in the blender cup)
Blend and enjoy!
