• We normally ship by UPS Ground. For shipment by U.S. Postal Service, we will add $5.00 for handling and insurance.
  

Your order should arrive approximately 7 to 10 days after you place it, a bit sooner if you live close to Kansas. (Orders normally ship within 2 business days after we receive them, and UPS Ground takes from 1 to 7 days to deliver.)

You may return product for any reason, but PINES International will refund actual shipping costs only on damaged merchandise or mistakes made by us.
