between wheat grass, barley grass, oat grass and rye grass. They are all cereal
grasses that look identical and have identical nutritional profiles.
We carry
barley grass because some people have been led to believe that there is a
difference between wheat grass and barley grass. Some have been incorrectly
told that wheat grass has gluten as well as other incorrect information. No
cereal grass, including both wheat grass and barley grass, contain gluten.
However, for those who want to believe barley grass is somehow better than
wheat grass, we offer PINES Barley Grass. It is grown, harvested and packaged
